If you build sites for small shops: do they still send a PNG logo and pay for SVG?

We're measuring demand — not claiming customers.

When a Dutch shop hires someone for a website, the logo often arrives as a WhatsApp PNG. Auto-trace is free. Manual trace takes time. Some shops pay a designer once. Some live with the blur.

One question for people who actually do this work for small businesses: would a freelancer or the shop itself pay €9 once for a clean SVG from that PNG, or is auto-trace always enough?
