One of the most salient features of our Tech Hiring culture is that there is so much bullshit. Everyone knows this. Each of us contributes his share. But we tend to take the situation for granted.
Each year, "Nevertheless, She Coded" amplifies the journeys of women and non-binary people who code. We started this celebration two years ago and I'm excited to share that #SheCoded has developed into a truly impressive collection of voices, with each voice full of insight and excellent advice.
