Did they remove ratings from the npmjs.org website?

On the NPM website there used to be a little star located on the left side of the package title that would star the package when you click it. On my profile was a list with all the packages I starred. The website has changed in design a few weeks back and neither of them are still there.

Did they remove it, am I blind or is it a new toggle visibility account setting somewhere?

Running npm stars as well as npm star packagename still work.

This doesn't answer the question, but they could have removed the star system to prevent the lethargic package discernment it could create, leading to stuff like this:
