Dutch digital agency Dept - together with the multi-disciplinary Dogstudio - created the totally bewitching online Admire & Amaze campaign for De Bijenkorf. De Bijenkorf is the Netherlands’ biggest high-end department store - for style, beauty and fashion. Bringing their exclusive shopping experience to life for the festive season: a unique, digital 3D-experience.

This journey through De Bijenkorf’s ecommerce website begins with a bee. Sparks flicker as it hovers and darts through a dense forest, arriving at the hidden treasures that are their products. Behind much of this design is WebGL, a Javascript web graphics library designed for interactive three-dimensional visuals on the web.
