I put together this quick floating label experiment to see if there was an opportunity to improve upon many of the floating label patterns out there.
In the experiment I wanted to see if there was a way to emphasize the input label a bit more, especially when focused. Below is what I came up with. feel free to fork/remix the codepen and improve upon it as needed.
