I'm increasingly learning that DEV is unfortunately mostly poor quality content these days. More and more clickbait headings, listicle content, and thinly veiled attempts to drive content to other sites. It's a great shame

If I may ask, what type of content would you like to see? (So that I can have an idea of how to style my articles) And are you willing to create that type of content?

I agree. I have been on this platform for 3+ years now and I usually see:
"Top 10 VSCode extensions you must try", "100+ mega resources for devs" trending and showing up on their newsletters often.

Yes, other articles do get the limelight they deserve but the contrast is stark as compared to the above types of articles which are nothing but just a collection of links.

I would request @ben , @nickytonline , and other team members of @devteam to kindly address this situation.

The problem was stated by Ben himself in this article:

But I'm unsure how many users are using this moderation feature.

Maybe DEV needs a maintained system to elevate original, quality content up (MORE) rather than promoting resources type articles(WE NEED LESS OF THESE ARTICLES I GUESS).

A good Google search is sufficient to find resources, but there needs to be a good article on DEV that explains a topic further.
