Beginner web dev

Hi everyone I’m fairly new to programming I know about HTML,CSS, and the fundamentals of JAVASCRIPT. I’m having a hard time on figuring out what to learn next to become employable. I’m not too good at building my own projects. I usually just go through tutorials but want to really start learning on my own. I would really appreciate anyone’s feedback especially if you’re self taught since that’s the route I’m taking. Thank in advance
