😤 The Problem

I was studying for certifications and had two recurring frustrations:

📱 Phone distractions: Every focus app I tried was easy to bypass. Force-quit, PiP mode, or just dismiss the notification.
🧠 Forgetting everything: I’d study for hours, then forget the material a week later. Manual review scheduling never stuck.

Iterio – an Android app that combines aggressive focus enforcement with automatic spaced repetition.

App Restriction: Block selected apps during sessions
Normal Lock: Prevent phone unlocking entirely
Complete Lock: Full lockdown including PiP blocking. Your phone becomes a timer and nothing else.

Based on the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve. When you finish studying a topic, Iterio auto-generates review tasks at optimal intervals:

No manual scheduling. The app tells you what to review and when.
