How I built Prave: the management layer Claude Code Skills were missing

I had 30+ Claude Skills in ~/.claude/skills/ or in every other agent folder and
stopped knowing what most of them did.

That's the whole origin story.

The SKILL.md format is solid. But there was no
management layer. No descriptions, no conflict
detection, no sync, no testing, no registry.

So I built Prave.
