Even though I am still waiting for my second Interview result for Junior PHP Developer position, I've found a pretty overlooked advice for Junior Developer positions on YouTube comment section, which is to learn how to read other people's code especially if you're working on team. Spend your time on making sense of your colleague/ex-colleague's codes. Getting up and running with the new code base is an absolute must.
This is why I always check other people's code on their Github with the benefits to make my coding view more broad and flexible.
