HEY EVERYONE,
Hope you've been doing well! I've got some updates to share and a BIG announcement at the end, but let's dive into what I've been working on first.
Remember the Mario tube(Turret neck) I was making? I had to change all its dimensions. I moved the finished product to where all the other items are in the file, fitting it into the base and the gear base, but it didn’t fit. I measured the dimensions and realized I was off by 3 cm! That’s a lot, so I had to start over, but it was easy enough. It took about 4 hours to finish. I didn't work on it during the 4th of July week and also I hope you all had a great time with your families.
Lately, I’ve been adding some details to make it more interesting. Here's an image of the progress so far:
My progress has been slowing down since other things have been popping up in my life, limiting the time I can dedicate to this project, but I WILL BRUTE FORCE TIME. So, I asked one of my closest friends, Omar a Mechanical Engineering major, to join me. He gladly agreed, and together, we're leveling up this project.
