When starting a task, I don't know how to design it. I can't start thinking. I think I am working inefficiently. I could not establish the thought system. It feels like my work is taking too long. I can't understand what I'm doing wrong. What are the most efficient working techniques in using Javascript, Html and Css?

You'll also find many useful resources on dev.to. @aaron_rose_0787cc8b4775a0, for example, is very interesting when he talks about JavaScript (among other things). Do a keyword search; you'll definitely find everything you need!
