How do you test your website after launch?

I’ve been thinking a lot about what “post-launch testing” means in 2025.

We all check the usual stuff — Lighthouse scores, mobile responsiveness, SEO, performance.
But now we’ve also got AI agents crawling, parsing, and even trying to use our sites.

I just tried a new tool called AgentRank.it that lets a Vision AI agent navigate your UI and report where it gets stuck. Pretty interesting idea, especially as AI-driven traffic grows.

It made me wonder:

What do you test once your site is live?
Do you check for accessibility, UX flows, automated browsing, AI-readability, or something else entirely?
