Is this the correct way to study physics? what should i change?

I'll get straight to the point :

I've been studying like this for a few weeks now and i feel the improvement in physics. But i want to know if it is any good for real understanding..

this is what i do:

I don't study using books usually , i go to claude or chatGPT and ask it to teach me the prerequisites of any chapter first. Then when i study i usually don't just learn the definition.
I need VISUAL INTUITION for EVERYTHING i learn.
learning the definition isn't good enough, learning the phenomenon isn't good enough alone as well.
You need to know HOW that quantity is measured in the first place , you need to know what that quantity measures and how.
you need to know the units and how they come together and suddenly the formulas that felt like hell to remember become obvious.
Everyone knows speed is distance covered in 1 second , and if you multiply that with the time taken to cover any distance "d" then it becomes obvious that"time" times "speed" would give distance covered in time "t". this is obviously an oversimplified explanation..

Wait i might have gone from asking for opinion to teaching haha , amnyways drop your thoughts here
