I want to create a hotel room booking process. From 'Check Availability form to Giving Room details and then after choosing room go to checkout page'.
Please help me this. I am a newbie to react and redux. Don't know how to do this.

The topic seems broad as there is no site, technical requirements as well as the time frame needed.
Maybe being specific might get you helpful replies.
If you are starting a greenfield project, learning React, and finding out why Redux is needed would be the first step.
