A few days ago, I published an article titled: "I'm 12. I built 4 apps. Now I'm stuck. I'm looking for a co-founder."

I was feeling the weight of building alone. I had the vision for KODA, the Dojo Feed, and the Scribe Jam, but I was hitting the limits of what one 12-year-old on a $150 phone could do.

I didn't just want a coder. I wanted a partner. Someone who understood the vision, respected the grind, and wanted to build an ecosystem, not just a single app.

24 hours later, I found him.

🤝 Enter: Akhouri Anmol Kumar

Akhouri is the Founder & CEO of Akhouri Systems, where he builds privacy-first desktop tools like ATLOCK, ANOTE, and APIC.

We started talking in the newly launched KODA Dojo Discord server. We reviewed each other's work. I gave his websites honest, constructive feedback (a 9.5/10 and an 8.9/10). He asked me how I managed to run my full-stack AI apps on my specific phone constraints.

There was no ego. Just two builders respecting each other's craft.

🏢 The Birth of HYNAWEB

We realized something important: A partnership doesn't always mean building one single 50/50 product. Sometimes, it means two separate entities aligning their missions to grow together.

Tonight, we officially agreed to partner our ecosystems.

To house my growing suite of products (KODA, Dojo Feed, Scribe Jam, and the KODA Dojo community), we are launching a new holding brand: HYNAWEB.

Akhouri and I are the Co-Founders of HYNAWEB.

🗺️ The 4-Phase Execution Plan

We didn't just shake hands and walk away. We mapped out a real, actionable roadmap:

Phase 1 (Now): Cross-promotion, community sharing, and connecting our user bases.
Phase 2 (Next Week): Akhouri is using his web development experience to guide the foundation, SEO indexing, and UI/UX improvements of the HYNAWEB website.
Phase 3 (Near Future): Technical integration. Connecting the APIC image processing engine with the KODA AI backend to create something neither of us could build alone.
Phase 4 (Long Term): Deep, official integration of our product ecosystems.

🐯 To Every Young Builder Feeling Stuck

If you are building alone, feeling overwhelmed, or thinking you need to be an adult with a laptop to do something real: You don't.

I built this on a POCO C55. I run my database on Supabase. And I found my Co-Founder by simply being honest about my struggles and putting my work out there.

The KODA Dojo is no longer just my project. It’s our community.
