Free Outreach Message Doctor: paste a draft, catch spammy line-1s (no upload)

Cold outreach dies in the first sentence more often than in the portfolio.

If line 1 still works after you swap the company name, it is not specific enough. Readers feel the template. Delete that line and put one real observation there instead.

I wrapped that check — plus a few spam-phrase flags and a cleaner draft structure — into a tiny free helper that runs in your browser. Paste a draft, get a diagnosis, copy a cleaner version. Nothing uploads to a server.

Durable download (works offline): get the HTML helper inside the free paste-ready templates pack — Paste-Ready Outreach Templates. Open the outreach-message-doctor-offline file in your browser; nothing uploads.

Live demo (temporary tunnel): Outreach Message Doctor — if this link is down later, use the offline file above or the hand rule: swap the company name in line 1.

What it looks for

  • Line-1 specificity (does it survive a company-name swap?)
  • Common spam phrases that make messages feel mass-sent
  • A short structure you can paste into email or LinkedIn

Want the templates too?

Five paste-ready outreach templates (email + LinkedIn) that use the same “specific first line” rule are free in the same pack:

Paste-Ready Outreach Templates

No income promises — just drafts you can edit.

One rewrite rule to steal

Before you hit send, read only the first sentence out loud. If you could have written it without opening their site, rewrite it.

That is the whole product.
