More systems design than day-to-day code now.

How to make agent pipelines reliable enough to trust with real work — evals, explicit quality bars, and the unglamorous parts nobody demos.

Internal systems holding our knowledge, processes and the agents that run on them. The hard part was never the agents; it was making the implicit steps explicit first.

Comparing notes on agentic workflows that survive contact with production. Always happy to talk scheduling UI, calendar sync.
