For anyone who hasn't seen my previous posts, LaunchAlly is the DevOps platform I'm building as a solo developer. The goal is simple:
Connect your GitHub repository.
Deploy.
Manage.
Scale.
Without spending hours configuring infrastructure.
What's new?
Over the last weeks I've rebuilt a huge part of the platform.
Current features include:
GitHub repository deployment
Team workspaces
Project dashboards
Environment management
Deployment history
User management
Better onboarding flow
I'm currently finishing one of the last large pieces before opening the platform to more users:
Team invitations
Stripe subscriptions
Google Sign-In
Analyzer V4 with support for more project types (including Python)
Building in public
One thing I've learned from posting here is how valuable feedback is.
Almost every improvement came from someone trying the platform and asking:
"What happens if..."
Those questions exposed bugs I would never have found myself.
That's exactly why I keep sharing progress.
What's next?
Once invitations and payments are finished, I'll start inviting a much larger group of developers to stress-test LaunchAlly.
If you'd like early access or simply want to break whatever I've built this week, let me know.
I genuinely appreciate every bit of feedback.
See you in the next update π
