Need an innovative idea for a college booking system

Final-year college student here. Building an accommodation booking system using PHP/MySQL.

I need one truly innovative feature or approach to make the system stand out. Something different from the usual "search, select, pay" flow.

If you had to reinvent booking, what would you do differently?
