We're Loopkit Labs, a one-person lab. Before writing any code, we put up 10 one-page pitches, each with a real price and a signup form. Whichever gets real "yes, I'd pay" answers gets built. The rest get dropped.
Our rules: spend nothing until someone wants to pay, show the price up front, no free trial, and only post where a community's rules allow it.
