I'm getting back on the bike.

I used to engage in all kinds of bad habits just to release the stress I get from coding. But after doing some soul searching, I've found out that I need to have a real person I can talk to when I feel down. So I've decided to get back on the dating bike after being away from it for over 4 years!!! Give me some tips and wish me luck. How do you de-stress when code stresses you? I'm curious.

Close my eyes/take some deep breaths and find something to do away from monitors!

 

Wow. I find it difficult to find something that doesn't involve monitors. That's why I think I need a human to talk with.
