About the Opportunity
We are a fast-growing engineering consulting team delivering software solutions for U.S.-based startups and enterprise companies. We are currently expanding our remote engineering team across Latin America and looking for experienced developers who want to work on challenging international projects with strong compensation and long-term opportunities.
This is a fully remote position with flexible engagement options, including both full-time and part-time roles.
What You’ll Work On
You will collaborate directly with distributed engineering teams building modern cloud-based applications, AI platforms, backend systems, data infrastructure, and scalable APIs for U.S. clients.
Projects may include:
- AI/LLM applications and GenAI integrations
- SaaS platforms
- Backend microservices
- Data engineering pipelines
- Cloud infrastructure and DevOps automation
- Enterprise integrations
- High-scale distributed systems
- Internal tools and automation systems

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional company work experience in software engineering
- English proficiency level: B2 or higher
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with remote or international teams
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Stable internet connection and remote work setup
Nice to Have
- Experience working with U.S. companies or clients
- Startup experience
- AI/LLM project experience
- Technical leadership or mentoring background
- Experience in agile development environments
