I wanted to know, without opening a terminal, what each agent was doing and how much it was costing. So I built AgentDesk and open-sourced it.
What it does
Pixel-art office: every automation and every Claude Code session becomes a robot in the room, with a speech bubble showing what it’s doing. You can name each one and change how it looks.
API usage: tokens and cost for today, this month and all time, a history of every call, and a monthly limit. Amounts in US$, R$, € or £.
Live Claude Code: tokens by project and model, cache rate, tips to spend less, session history, and usage bars for the 5-hour and weekly windows.
Control from your phone: approve or deny permission requests and ask a session to stop. If you don’t answer, Claude Code asks in the terminal: nothing is ever approved on its own.
Privacy: everyone uses their own API key, stored encrypted. The Claude Code collector sends only metadata (folder name, tool, tokens). Source code and prompts never leave your computer.
How to use it: runs with a single Docker command on your machine or server.
It’s an independent project, not an official Anthropic product. Licensed under AGPL-3.0. Feedback and contributions are welcome.
