Most regenerations wreck the opening. I lock the first frame in the brief before generate:
First-frame lock:
- Subject / face position:
- Background:
- On-screen text (if any):
- What must match every regen of beat 1:
If a regen breaks the lock, trash it. Don’t “fix lighting” for an hour.
