I send this the day deposit clears, before I touch the work:
“Hey — before kickoff on [date], please send by [deadline]:
- Brand assets / logos (svg or png)
- Access: [docs / drive / tools]
- Final copy or placeholder note
- Reference links (1–3 max)
- Who approves + timezone
If anything’s late, start date / delivery slides by the same delay. Reply when the folder’s ready.”
No assets, no kickoff. Stops “we’ll send references mid-project.”
