Wedding content timeline for creators

Questionnaire alone isn’t enough. Couples still assume you know when the uncle speech happens.

I send a one-page timeline with the questionnaire:

Wedding content timeline
-T14 days: questionnaire due, must-gets locked
-T7: shot list confirm, VIP names, unplugged rules
-T1: call time, ceremony/reception starts, delivery format
Day-of: must-get window list (5 max) with clock times
+3 days: rough highlight link
+10 days: final delivery + revision window (1 round)

If a “must-get” appears after T7, it’s a change order. That line saves the day-of chaos.

I once skipped VIP timing. Shot a perfect toast. Wrong uncle. Timeline field stays forever.
