Daily routine

Everybody has their daily routine. I thought about sharing my routine with you. I try to get around eight hours of sleep. Before I go to bed, I close off all digital media and go and read a book. I try not to read a book that is not related to my work.

I only try to drink caffeine rich drinks before 15:00.

Time Description
7:00 Wake up
7:20 Breakfast
8:10 Travel to the office
8:50 Arrive at the office
12:00 Lunchtime
12:30 Have a little walk outside
17:20 Travelling home
18:15 Diner
19:00 Start doing study work / Go to the gym
21:45 Finish study work / Get home from the gym
22:00 Close off all digital media, read a book
22:30 Bedtime

How does your workday look like? And why do you scheduled the way you scheduled it?

Hi, thank you for your sharing
My routine is:
06:45 - Wake up
07:30 - 09:00 - Catch a train to the work and do some stuff meanwhile (praying, develop projects I hold on my Github, watch software development/architecture videos, read books)
09:00 - Work
12:30 - Launch
18:00 - 19:30 - Catch a train back to home (same routine as morning)
19:30 - Time with my wife and kids
22:30 - Learn software development (currently Vue.js)
00:15 - Time to sleep
