An isolated skill is helpful, but real work is teamwork
That applies to** Agentic Work** as well, and it became obvious to me as soon as I started using Claude Code and Agent Skills professionally.
Real work often involves several known steps, with decisions and handovers between them. That is where workflows come in, and it naturally became the next step in the book.
For a reusable workflow, I distinguish between the incident and the process.
Let me give you an example: If I write down everything that happened in one case, I have documented an incident. Once I map out the steps that should still apply even when the incident changes, I have the beginning of a reusable workflow.
Moving from a reusable skill to a reusable process is what Chapter 6 is about.
