Do you use AI to make any current decisions?
Yes and no. In situations where I would normally search for podcasts, research reports, blog articles, interviews, or case studies, I find myself talking to ChatGPT instead more an more often. Especially the voice mode when going on a walk is great to talk things through, structure my thoughts, and find weaknesses in my arguments. Voice mode can even replace some level of "let's talk this idea through with a coworker".
However, the final decision is made by me.
Nice. I use it a lot in these ways as well. I possibly could have been a bit more clear with the question. I meant more so in the respects of what you're already saying here. Where you're using the AI for the ideation/strategy. So in essence once the decision is made-You "used" AI to make the decision.
