Against the odds: His journey into tech after dropping out of college

Recently I had the change to talk with Joél Ramirez (Joxel) about the challenges he faced getting a software engineering job without a degree.

Instead of finishing his college degree due to some challenges, he chose to make the most of his situation and go all-in by pursuing technology on his own.

Coming from an underprivileged / underrepresented background, it's amazing what he's done against the odds!
