I built a pixel-art world out of my Claude Code & Codex history

Spent the last hour waiting for my AI agents to finish a task, so naturally, I built something else.

It's called Pelago.

It turns your Claude Code and Codex history into a little world of floating islands.

Every project becomes an island. More tokens make it bigger, sessions build houses, prompts grow trees, and projects you abandoned get covered in snow. A bit too accurate.

There are also collectible relics, a Spotify Wrapped-style recap, and a personality title based on how you code.

Mine is The Devoted Harbormaster, which is apparently a nice way of saying I spent my entire summer on one project.

One prompt. One HTML file. 100% local.

No accounts, no uploads, no setup headaches.

It's free and open source (MIT).

Give it a try. I'd love to see what your world looks like.
