Seeking suggestions to build a good note taking app.

Hi,
I'm planning to develop an app and want to create something that helps people be more productive while also being enjoyable to use.

Before starting, I'd like to determine if there's genuine demand for what might initially seem like "just another note-taking app."

Since many of you likely take notes and have tried different apps, I’d like to ask: Was there anything missing, annoying, or confusing about those apps?

I haven't decided specific languages to use yet but the app will probably be developed with some JS framework.
Again, it is not finalized.

I’d greatly appreciate any feedback—suggestions for features, design, structure, or anything else you think would help.
