If you do SEO, write blog posts, or research content ideas, you have probably used Google autocomplete.
You start typing a phrase into Google, and it shows suggested searches. Those suggestions can give you ideas about how people phrase their searches and what topics you might want to explore.
But there is one small problem: collecting suggestions manually can become repetitive.
That is why I created Google Live Suggest Capture, a Chrome extension designed to make collecting visible Google autocomplete suggestions easier.
What problem does it solve?
Imagine you are researching a topic such as “Google keyword research.”
Google may show related autocomplete suggestions as you type. You might want to save those phrases, compare them, or use them as starting points for an article outline.
Without a convenient workflow, you may find yourself repeatedly selecting, copying, and pasting text.
Google Live Suggest Capture is designed to reduce that manual work by helping you collect visible autocomplete suggestions and copy them.
What can you use it for?
Here are a few practical examples:
SEO research: Gather possible keyword ideas before validating them with SEO tools.
Blog planning: Collect phrases that could inspire future article topics.
Content brainstorming: Explore different ways to approach a subject.
Affiliate marketing: Discover possible questions and topics to investigate in a niche.
Research workflows: Save suggestions for later review instead of copying every phrase individually.
The extension is a helper for research—not a replacement for keyword analysis.
How to try it
Install Google Live Suggest Capture from the Chrome Web Store.
Open Google Search and start typing a topic.
Use the extension to collect the visible suggestions.
Copy the collected phrases and organize them for your research.
Validate important ideas before deciding what to publish.

What it does not do
It is important to understand the difference between collecting keyword ideas and measuring keyword performance.
Google Live Suggest Capture does not provide verified monthly search volume, keyword difficulty, ranking positions, or traffic estimates. A phrase appearing in autocomplete should not automatically be treated as a high-volume keyword or proof of search demand.
Use suggestions as starting points. Then review search intent, the current search results, competition, and relevant keyword data before investing time in a page.
Why I made it
I wanted to create a straightforward tool for a common research task. Small workflow improvements can be useful when you repeatedly do the same thing during SEO or content planning.
The goal is not to promise instant rankings. It is to make collecting visible suggestions more convenient so you can spend more time evaluating ideas and creating useful content.
Try it and share feedback
If you work in SEO, blogging, or content marketing, give the extension a try and let me know what works well and what could be improved.
If it helps your workflow, consider leaving an honest review on the Chrome Web Store. Specific feedback is especially helpful because it explains what was useful and where the tool could improve.
Thanks for checking out my project!
