My NEO Group Expands Hardware Capabilities with Shenzhen Visit and Strategic Integration

AI, blockchain and hardware are moving toward a more integrated technology architecture.

My NEO Group is expanding its technology capabilities through a strategic Shenzhen operation that adds hardware engineering and manufacturing capabilities to its existing fintech, AI and blockchain infrastructure.

Dr. Mickael Mosse, Group CEO and Founder, and Olivier Fousse, Chief Operating Officer, recently visited the Group’s Shenzhen operations following the integration of Shenzhen Galloping Calf Technology Co., Ltd.

From Software-Led Innovation to Full-Stack Infrastructure

The Group's technology development has traditionally focused heavily on software, including fintech infrastructure, AI systems and blockchain protocols.

The Shenzhen integration adds a physical technology layer.

The Shenzhen operation covers:

Design
R&D
Prototyping
Manufacturing
OEM/ODM
Smart electronics
Mobile power systems
Wireless charging

This enables a more connected development process between software, hardware and infrastructure.

AI + Blockchain + Hardware

One of the key areas reviewed during the visit was the development of proprietary Minter systems and early-stage AI-integrated hardware modules.

The objective is to develop systems in which blockchain infrastructure, AI processing and hardware interfaces can work together.

Another research direction involves Real Asset Systems (RAS), which are designed to connect physical assets with programmable financial infrastructure.

Shenzhen as an Engineering Hub

Shenzhen is a major electronics and manufacturing ecosystem, providing access to supply chains, engineering talent and rapid product development.

For My NEO Group, the Shenzhen operation strengthens:

Engineering → Prototyping → Manufacturing → Deployment

This creates a broader foundation for developing technology products from concept through physical production.

Leadership View

Dr. Mickael Mosse described the strategic direction:

“What we are building requires more than software.”

The objective is to develop infrastructure across the technology stack, from protocols and software to physical devices.

Olivier Fousse highlighted Shenzhen's execution capabilities and its potential to accelerate development cycles from concept to production.

What This Means for My NEO Group

The integration represents a move toward greater vertical integration across:

AI
Blockchain
Fintech
Hardware
Real-world assets
Smart devices

Rather than operating only at the software layer, the Group is developing capabilities that extend into physical infrastructure and manufacturing.

This creates a foundation for future technology products that require close coordination between digital systems and physical hardware.
