Hi guys. I’m 24 years old fresh grad with a UK bachelor degree in Computing. I’m currently studying Japanese to achieve my goal to find an IT career in Japan as a foreigner. I plan to study at a language school in Japan, simultaneously applying jobs. I’ve been exposed to Web development (PHP), Data Analytic, and Java Spring. I’m abit into web dev but it’s not job friendly in Japan. Due to my research, Java is the most popular language in Japan either for beginners and professionals. I once took a FE exam (Japanese IT certificate) but I failed. This is the fundamental certification for IT jobs in Japan taken by their government, I guess. But it comes with Java language. I’m now ready to try again to get that cert while studying Japanese. Despite this, what else should I learn to become an entry level IT worker in Japan?
Thanks for any advice.
