It's a messaging tool which guarantees 100% deliverability, as opposite to email or push which may get lost due to numerous reasons. Esp important for some b2b usecases like collaborations, administrative decisions, project management and more.

The Playground seems to be "OK". It could have done in a much better manner as the playground is the front or user facing thing. Eventually, you do need to target and make it available as part of your parent website - suprsend. Hence, a better thought process needs to be applied and done it professionally.
Anything to do with the playground, needs to have an extensive feature demo of all the product usages, or else it won't be a playground at all.
C# SDK is missing.
Pricing seems to be expensive, suprsend-pricing. As there is a competition for notification and there are ton of them already providing the same solution, it would be viable to have a reasonable pricing.
Thanks for the suggestions Ranjan. That's true, it's a user-facing thing, needs to be polished UI wise. We got done with this functional playground just now, in coming weeks we would be picking up the UI design elements to make it look better.
Pricing isn't exactly expensive, as we do not provide a single channel notification solution, rather a bundled infrastructure with API first approach. If you take an individual notification channel, that would definitely be cheaper, however our value prop is not notification channel, rather a whole infrastructure, which encompasses all channels as one of our offering of the infra. This 'notification infrastructure' is a bit new segment currently, category creation particularly, though I understand the confusion as a lot of our audience do confuse and compare it with individual vendors.
We'll be working on the UI elements, and releasing a polished version in around 2 weeks. Hope you like it then✌️

Also, if you could explain in the blog post or create a new one with the features listed with the pros and cons, How different it is when compared to others, that would be super awesome!
