NovAsia was founded to solve a critical issue in cross-border property: fragmented data and legal opacity across Southeast Asia. Starting on the ground in Cambodia and Thailand, we built an extensive catalog of 2,000+ vetted projects and transparent buyer guides.
As our dataset expanded, we saw the need to automate due diligence. Today, we are developing an AI-driven real estate intelligence platform that parses Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs), evaluates developer delivery records, and models true net yields—giving international buyers decisions based on verified facts.
