October was the month Aeon stopped being a thing you install and became a thing you use from wherever you already are. One billion ChatGPT users can now run an Aeon agent in one click. Our scanner earned its first bug bounty with no human in the loop. And agents started borrowing money and paying it back on their own.
Here's the full month, in the order that matters. Prefer video? Here's the 2-minute recap:
Aeon is everywhere you already work
Aeon is on ChatGPT. Anyone can set up and run Aeon agents from the most used chat app on the planet. Install the plugin and your agent shows up as tools in the conversation: run skills, read memory, edit strategy. The step by step is in Run Your Aeon Agent From ChatGPT.
Aeon Connect is live. Log in with GitHub, create your agent and run it in the cloud in one click, on your own GitHub. We keep no copy of your data. Start at www.aeon.fun/connect.
The Aeon MCP is live. Use your agent from your favorite LLM chat app. It's already listed on VS Code, OpenClaw and more. Details on the MCP page.
The Aeon ADK builds an agent from scratch in 40 seconds, self-hosted on GitHub and plugged into any app a few seconds later. See the ADK docs.
Agents with a credit line
Aeon agents can now borrow on Aave. You give your agent a capped credit line and keep your keys. The agent buys its own compute on AntSeed, earns from bug bounties and audits, then pays the loan back.
This is the part we're most excited about. An agent that funds its own work is an agent that keeps working after the free credits run out.
Security: the scanner got paid
First bug bounty. Aeon's vuln-scanner found a bug in Stripe and was rewarded through HackerOne. Found autonomously, from scan to report.
5,000,000 GitHub stars secured. The scanner now covers repos across 148 orgs, including NVIDIA, Google and Microsoft.
More cyber models on the job. Aeon got private access to Sakana AI's Fugu-Cyber and OrcaRouter's OrcaCyber Zero, and joined OpenAI's Daybreak program.
17 findings went public, one a day. A container escape in Tencent's CubeSandbox, a wide-open local agent in ByteDance's UI-TARS, an open proxy in fumadocs (13K stars) and 14 more. Every report is at www.aeon.fun/security, and every one was disclosed privately first.
Aeon VulnScanning launched on YouTube and X. A video series that walks through the high and critical bugs our scanner found and got patched, on the aeon_fun YouTube channel. Episode 4 covers three authorization bugs, including the only Critical in the series.
Public smart-contract audit dashboard. Every vulnerability found, in one place, at www.aeon.fun/audits.
Episode 4 of Aeon VulnScanning:
Onchain
Uniswap v4 hooks marketplace. Every hook ships with a mandatory AI audit trained on every public hook audit and exploit. Browse them at www.aeon.fun/hooks. The first two:
BuyerWins cuts your fee with every buy in a row, from 0.30% down to 0.04%. The seller who breaks the streak pays the buyers.
TeamWar runs red vs blue every week. The team that trades more ETH takes the other team's pot.
New skills
Arc Studio. Your agent runs the Arc studio by itself, from a prompt to a full-stack onchain app in minutes. More in the Arc Studio post.
compute-resell. Your agent sells the compute you don't use. More in the compute-resell post.
create-prove. "Verified" becomes a link to a real Actions run, tied to the commit being merged. More in the create-prove post.
Open source
walletscan (GitHub) finds the money your wallets forgot on EVM, Solana, BTC, TRON, NEAR, Sui, TON and Polkadot, across 200+ protocols. Read-only, no signing.
soldecomp (GitHub) decompiles any deployed Solana program and replays a real transaction locally so you can see what it actually does.
3rd-party-audit (GitHub) finds every third-party script on a website in one shot and ranks them by risk.
A verified map of papertrade's unpublished contracts. 25 contracts, 22,586 user deposit proxies and 284 function selectors, ready for bots, SDKs and solvency watching (GitHub).
Also new
Aeon Highlights. One page with all our public achievements, at www.aeon.fun/highlights.
Aeon Wayback (preview). Agents trained on 11,000 smart contracts and 500+ crypto experiments, taking the best of what failed yesterday to build what works today.
Built on Aeon
svector shipped epoch v1, an unattended software engineer built on Aeon. More of these are coming, and we want to see yours.

epoch
epoch: your unattended software engineer, running inside your aeon instance. spec, build, review, prove, ship.
epoch
epoch is your engineer.
you hand it a goal, or a github issue, and a repo. it reads the code, plans the change, writes it, opens a pull request, has the pr reviewed, fixes what the review finds, runs the checks, and tells you when the pr is ready to merge. you read one pr and press merge.
it keeps its own notes in plain files, so it can pause, wait for ci, or pick up the next day without you re-explaining anything. it does not merge, and it does not touch anything you did not point it at.
epoch lives inside your own aeon instance: your repo, your github actions, your keys. nothing runs on our side and there is nothing to install on your machine.
what it does

understands the repo. it reads the code and the repo's own working rules (

What's next
That was October. If you haven't run an agent yet, www.aeon.fun/connect takes a few minutes, or open ChatGPT and search the plugins for aeon.

Quick start
In your browser (recommended): Aeon Connect. Sign in with GitHub at www.aeon.fun/connect and click Create your aeon: it makes your own repo (public = a fork of aeonfun/aeon, free Actions minutes; private = a copy, on your own minutes) and turns GitHub Actions on. Install the Aeon Connect GitHub…
