What This Workflow Does Not Replace
This part matters.
Whitelisting approval should still include manual review for:
- contract scope
- usage rights
- platform access details
- final brand-safety judgment
- campaign-specific creative fit
The point of the workflow is not to automate those decisions away.
The point is to stop weak candidates earlier.
