How has your Dev workflow changed given the advent of what I call: Code Factories with agent armies churning out code faster than you can keep track of?
This was the traditional workflow
- Design: App, Schemas, Database, Non-Functional, Common Components
- Develop: Head down, write code, review, PRs, Local deployments
- Test: Unit/Integration
- Deploy: See it fly, and get into Ops mode
I find Claude Code, and Coding agents are over-eager to write code. I usually take a step back, and design in Claude Desktop/ChatGPT: so that I know what the agents are going to build.
