How a $900 yacht booking site turned into a 5-figure revenue engine for my client...

A breakdown of the build, the SEO strategy, and the conversion setup

  1. What was the client's goal? My client needed a direct booking platform for their yacht charter business in Croatia to stop relying purely on third-party agencies and commission fees.

He already had a dozens of yachts and needed a system to manage all of them and he couldn't manage flexible discounts with older website.

  1. What did I build?
    • Landing page where his clients can browse all available yachts, articles and terms of service.
    • Booking System where his clients can choose custom date with instant reservation flow.

    • Admin Dashboard with real time calendar management to control availability and bookings.

    • Blogs & articles architecture designed to scale organic traffic.
    • Opt-in forms to help clients choose right yacht to rent.

  2. Chosen Strategy
As we all know in 90% cases building website is the easiest part and the most difficult side is promotion...

So we focused on:
• Clean site structure, fast load times, and structured data for search engines.
• Optimizing for users actively searching to rent yachts in Croatia.

• Removing friction so visitors move from browsing to booking in 2 minutes.

  1. The Outcome we got Organic Google traffic kicked in, and the client’s booking calendar completely filled up for the season. Small investment → High ROI for the client.
