ci-log-toolkit (4 bash scripts): first-failure finder, normalized pass/fail diff between runs (spots flakiness), slowest-step ranker, repeated-failure counter. Usage is in each script's header.
git-hygiene-kit (4 bash scripts): prune merged branches (dry-run by default), find the biggest blobs in history, list stale branches, per-path author counts.
gha-workflow-pack (4 workflows): Node CI matrix, Python CI matrix, release-on-tag, stale issue cleanup. Copy into .github/workflows/ and adjust versions.
