I'm excited to share the v1.0.0 Official Release of AuraPlayer, a modern, offline-first native desktop audio player built entirely in Python using PyQt6.
I built this app to provide a clean, fast, and feature-rich desktop listening experience with modern design aesthetics, smooth vector micro-animations, and smart library organization.

👥 Smart Multi-Artist Support: Intelligently parses and splits collaborating artists (separated by ,, &, or "feat.") so songs automatically appear under the dedicated profile page of every contributing artist.
🎤 Interactive Synced Lyrics: Supports plain text, synced lyrics (.lrc, .txt, and embedded tags) with live karaoke-style line highlighting, auto-scrolling, and a built-in offline lyrics editor.
🎨 Soft UI & Lottie Vector Micro-Animations: Powered by rlottie-python, featuring interactive vector animations for Play/Pause, Shuffle, Repeat, Mute, and Favorite buttons with real-time theme-aware color tinting.
🎶 Silence-Free (Gapless) Playback: Automatically preloads upcoming tracks in the background for seamless transitions with zero silent gaps between songs.
🔍 Live Floating Search Overlay: Fast 180ms debounced search matching across Tracks, Artists, Albums, Genres, and Playlists without disrupting your current tab view.
📁 Automatic Library Folder Sync: Continuously watches your music directories for added, moved, or deleted songs in the background without freezing the UI.
🏷️ Built-in Tag & Metadata Editor: Complete with an interactive chip-input field for editing titles, multi-artist tags, release years, and custom album artwork.
📋 Dynamic Queue & Playlist Management: Drag-and-drop queue reordering, slide-out side queue panels, and full custom playlist management.
🎨 Instant Theme Engine: Live single-click theme switching (Dark, Light, Midnight Blue, and Warm Amber).
💻 OS & Compatibility Notice
Windows: The app is official, fully tested, and verified on Windows (available as an .exe installer or portable single-folder .zip).
macOS & Linux: Compiled binaries are available on the release page via GitHub Actions. However, since I don't have physical access to Mac or Linux machines to test them thoroughly, I can't guarantee they run 100% flawlessly.
