Traditional analytics tools were designed for a very different internet.
Twebdev #seoes increasingly interact with:
• AI crawlers
• automated agents
• LLM-driven systems
• aggressive bots
• non-human traffic patterns
But most analytics dashboards still focus mainly on pageviews and sessions.
So I started building WebmasterID.
The goal is not “more charts”.
The goal is helping developers, founders, and website operators better understand how modern automated systems interact with their websites.
Current focus
• AI visibility analytics
• bot intelligence
• privacy-aware tracking
• lightweight webmaster infrastructure
• SEO-aware analytics
• Next.js/Vercel-friendly integration
What I wanted to avoid
I did not want:
• bloated analytics
• slow scripts
• invasive tracking
• fake AI marketing
• complicated setup
The focus is practical infrastructure and visibility.
Technical direction
WebmasterID is being built with:
• modern Next.js workflows
• server-first architecture
• lightweight tracking
• webhook/event infrastructure
• SEO-conscious implementation
• GDPR-aware consent handling
Still early
Still actively improving:
• dashboard UX
• AI visibility tooling
• event explorer
• tracking reliability
• analytics architecture
