How to avoid every time { npm install }

To be very honest with you I'm new to React.js that's why Looking for some sort of demos & Lots of material available on GitHub.

Now after garbing such project npm install is necessary for host the complete working project. if there 8 to 10 10 projects git clone repositories for all do the
npm install &
npm start
I tried to put the node-modules folder and copy that into required working ⚒ project but all in vain.

Finally I need you to help me guys for avoid this and suitable solution.
