Inspiration
I was inspired by the Fibonacci sequence, a natural pattern that appears in sunflowers, shells, and galaxies. The sequence represents growth, harmony, and order in nature, which I wanted to reflect in my art.
Each particle in the spiral represents a voice in technology. Just as the Fibonacci spiral grows one step at a time, progress toward gender equity and inclusion in tech happens through the contributions of many individuals, each adding to the bigger picture.
The interactive element — where clicking the canvas expands the galaxy — symbolizes how every action, no matter how small, contributes to collective growth. I hope viewers see that inclusion in tech is not static: it grows and evolves, just like this spiral.
Ultimately, this artwork is a celebration of diversity, curiosity, and the beauty of growth, both in nature and in technology.
My Code
React + Vite
This template provides a minimal setup to get React working in Vite with HMR and some ESLint rules.
Currently, two official plugins are available:
- @vitejs/plugin-react uses Babel (or oxc when used in rolldown-vite) for Fast Refresh
- @vitejs/plugin-react-swc uses SWC for Fast Refresh
React Compiler
The React Compiler is not enabled on this template because of its impact on dev & build performances. To add it, see this documentation.
Expanding the ESLint configuration
If you are developing a production application, we recommend using TypeScript with type-aware lint rules enabled. Check out the TS template for information on how to integrate TypeScript and typescript-eslint in your project.
