In July, we released version 0.38.0. Below are some highlights.

New experimental library with great new features

We're excited to announce the launch of our new experimental library, bv-experimental-add-ons. This fresh addition will offer an array of novel features, primarily concentrating on computing and visualizing paths in BPMN.

Why are paths so important, you might ask? Well, within the realm of process intelligence and optimization, being able to mine path information has a wide range of applications: What is the most/least performant path in my BPMN process? Which path is the most/least frequent? What's the predicted remaining path to complete the process instance? These and many other use cases require "computing and visualizing paths" to produce results.

Interested? Star and follow the progress of our experimental library. If any of the already opened issues seem familiar to you, you're more than welcome to contribute 🤗.

API enhancement

The updateStyle API has been enriched to support the ‘Gradient’ fill color as shown in the image below.

New prediction demo is out

This new demo employs bpmn-visualization to visualize late/on-time activities as well as predicted late/on-time remaining paths using mock data. Feel free to explore both the live demo and the source code.
