I think it goes deeper than naming conventions. The harder issue is that most 'AI systems' today aren't just naming things differently, they're storing context differently. Transactional state over here, vector embeddings over there, search indexes somewhere else. Even if agents agree on what to call sentiment_analysis, they still can't share why the customer is upset because that context lives in 4 different systems. A unified context layer (rather than a semantic vocabulary layer) is actually the more foundational fix here.
