I've been working on a SaaS project called QRGenLabs, a platform that helps users create QR codes for URLs, PDFs, social profiles, email, phone numbers, Wi-Fi, and more.
One thing I've noticed while building it is that QR code generation itself is easy. The bigger challenge is creating features that businesses actually need, such as dynamic QR codes, scan tracking, analytics, customization, and long-term reliability after QR codes are printed.
I'm now at the stage where the product is nearly complete, and I'd love some honest feedback from fellow developers and founders:
